"Excellent staff during visit to ENT"

I had a scheduled appointment to the ENT department following a visit to A&E. The staff were fantastic on both occasions. During the visit to ENT I was told my notes weren't here as they would have been at Leicester RI. Thankfully the staff were able to overcome this and not waste time or money. The staff were all very good at their job, they were skilled but had great sociable skills. This department is clearly well run and the staff are the reason for this. The experience was quite a horrible one as I needed my nose re-breaking as it was deviated. However, the skilled doctor, supportive nurse and the other staff involved made the experience a very pleasant one despite the pain. I would highly recommend the staff in this department.
