I visited circle at Nottingham for a gastroscopy. They ran on time, all the staff were corteous and professional. They clearly explained each detail of the process.
The consultant and theatre staff then explained again. They were very supportive during the procedure, which was quick and (relatively) painless!
The staff afterward gave me clear instructions about my recovery. I can not fault the service on this occasion.
