"Bad attitude of receptionist in a&e"

About: Southport & Formby District General Hospital / Accident and emergency

my partner and I visited a&e today i told the receptionist our GP told us not too leave the hospital until pain relief had been given to my partner to which the receptionist replied can they not do that (gp) this person needs to attend a customer service course asap no wonder the person has a glass screen in front of them for their own protection i presume hope i never have to see the person again
