(as a service user),

guernsey house is generally a good service, although it is very busy.

sometimes you are waiting too long, it can be an hour over your appointment time.

Also, occasionally there are mistakes made, but they are usually sorted out. One of the best things is that they work incunjuction with the wicker pharmacy which makes it easy to sort out ant problems with my prescription.

They put me on the script I asked and I am much more stable for it

Thanks for your feedback about Guernsey House. We're pleased to hear that your script has helped you to become more stable and that in general you find the service we offer to be good. We have good working relationships with the dispensing pharmacies in Sheffield and our clients really benefit from this.

Sometimes the clinics do run late because the Doctors, nurses and drug workers do their best to accomodate the individual needs of clients which can mean that the appointment runs over the planned time. Our reception team work hard to keep clients informed if any of the clinics are running over. One thing you can do, if your circumstances allow, is to book your appointment at the start of the clinic so that you'll be less likely to have to wait.
