"actually can say it was nice to return!"

First return vistit to Frimley since major heart surgery in Soton hospital in August. Have to say it was good to return to familiar surroundings, and even familiar faces. I was seen in two departments...cardiology, and X-ray. I forgot to complete the form about my visit before leaving, but my waiting time was short....staff were all lovely.....departments were clean, and results of my visit arrived today in the post....so more than efficient. It was the first time I have felt at ease and reassured both before and following my surgery, and felt like a person and not a number. Thank you Frimley.i for one appreciate how lucky we are to have such a good hospital.....if only you could perform major heart surgery as well your score would be 20 out of 10!. A very big Thank you !
