"Grubby"

The upholstery and carpets are grubby ,stained and worn. The arms of chairs in the main waiting area are tacky and marked. How difficult can it be to keep upholstery clean?

Carpeting in the X-ray corridor was dirty and stained.

The rooms have the same lack of regard for hygiene, I never once saw a member of staff either use a hand sanitizer on the wall or wash their hands. After an operation the risk of transferring infection must be high but staff just breezed in took samples handed out medication and so forth without any preventative measures.

I would not go there.
