"Terrible organisation."

About: Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

I felt if was all very disorganised. Upon my interview I was insulted for my slacking and casual appearance. Upon the request of private appointments due to my severe anxiety or paranoia, u was rejected and forced into group activities. After constant requests due to my lack of comfort, I was offered private sessions when nothing had improved. I had been referred to them by outlook for my mental health was in a severe state, and upon being told i could have one to one appointments, I was instantly discharged without any warning or notice. I didn't find out until returning to Outlook to go back to then, after being appalled by not only the attitude of the staff, but also the way I was treated, and the lack of contact with patients.
