I can only comment on the conversation just held with a member of your team, who were extremely unhelpful and seemed to be only interested in going home at 5pm, even though I call at 4.30pm.
Luckily for me I was not the patient, just trying to assist a colleague, how unfortunate she has been referred to this hospital if the reception staff have this attitude, at the beginning of the process, she will need a lot of patience to get through her treatment, if she ever gets to see a doctor?
