When my son was full of rash from head to toe at 14 months, they would not see him or get a dr or nurse to ring back as the only dr they had on that day was on home visits all afternoon and was not a 'specialist' with children.

Another time my son was sat in the alcove area of the waiting room with me when he lent forward to grab the colourful bare wire hanging out of the wall.

If you manage to get past the receptionist the nurse was lovely, and the midwife was amazing. But the doctors didn't care and we're all locums.
