"Last minute cancelled operation again !!!"

Had operation cancelled last minute again !!! 2 hrs prior to admission . This is not the first time I’ve had an operation at this hospital cancelled on the day of admission I had this last year and made an official complaint to the hospital i was aware at the time that this has happened several times prior to it happening to me so clearly they are not learning from their incompetence . There is no compassion or empathy shown to patients when they make such avoidable mistakes and it’s clear that surgical kit missing or faulty is always the reason given sounds like an excuse to me . I suffer from severe anxiety due to their actions and I have lost complete trust in the hospital and staff . Disgusting and unacceptable treatment
