About: Darlington Memorial Hospital / Respiratory medicine

My dad has been a recent inpatient at Darlington hospital on ward 44 and the compassion from all staff is appalling they are not caring in the slightest. They are incompetent within all roles and make decisions without involving patients and families. I am a nurse and expect people to provide the level of care I give and the level they would expect for their own relatives. I can honestly say the service in this hospital from a&e through to the wards has been the worst experience of my life.

I am very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience on this occasion and we will make sure your feedback is passed to the Ward Manager.
