What I liked

I came in to the minor injuries unit and subsequently ended up in the Rowntree Ward and was operated on for a hand injury I received at home. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout and ensured my time at the hospital was as pleasant as possible in the circumstance. Unfortunately I am unable to single out by name any of the staff who cared for me but they were all excellent and a credit to your hospital and the NHS as a whole. Well done.

A very impressive service which shows exactly what the NHS is all about and which is an excellent reflection on the staff of the Queen Victoria Hospital. Thank you.
