"Appointments trouble at Nutgrove Villa"

About: Knowsley NHS Walk-in Centre, Huyton

(as the patient),

I receive excellent treatment and care when I go to Nutgrove Villa Health & Wellbeing Centre, Knowsley.

I've attended up to 2 months ago every day. Now its every 2 days.

At one time I could book appointments a week ahead, now I'm finding quite differcult to get a follow up through no fault of reception staff who try their best to fit me in. This has all been caused by a change of conditions by the powers that be. I wouldn't mind but I've been attending for 2 yrs 6 months and everything was running smoothly until the last 2 weeks.

I've all praise for the nurses in the dressing clinic who see my case as a challenge, not forgetting the reception staff who treat you with respect at all times.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this comment with regard to the Knowsley Treatment Room service that you have been accessing via Nutgrove Villa.

As you are aware we have recently expanded the booking system that was originally only available to Nutgrove Villa Treatment Room patients, to make this accessible to those patients who access the service in other areas of the borough.

We are having some issues with the booking system which we are actively trying to resolve with our colleagues in IT and we apologise for the inconvienience that this is causing to some of our service users.

We are aware that reception staff and the nurses are doing their utmost to resolve individual issues and would thank you for your patience.
