"Great, efficient dental care"

In my opinion, a very good service from the team at Newstead House. I phoned the out of hours emergency number at 8.30am on a Saturday morning - after a couple of chats with different people to establish this really was a dental emergency (I was in agony!) I received an appointment at 10.20am.

I cannot fault the emergency dentist or reception staff - I thought they were kind, considerate and efficient. Despite the pain I even managed a chuckle as the dentist sang Abba to me whilst pulling out an infected nerve (ouch!!).

I had expected a battle to get to see an emergency dentist (my own dentist was shut at the weekend) and then potentially a long journey. I was pleasantly surprised how easy the process was and very grateful to get the pain under control so quickly.
