Visited today with back injury from fall. Staff were fantastic - professional and super efficient showing patience and sympathy throughout my visit. Seen as quick as could be expected in a super busy department. Thank you all, specially to the sister and nurses in the annex who were brilliant, especially one who had recently suffered a back injury - empathy was greatly appreciated.
