"Fantastic treatment on Safari Ward today"

I just wanted to say thank you to the staff who carried out my daughter's food challenge on the safari ward today. Everyone we met was very helpful, despite it being obviously very busy when we arrived late morning.

We actually had very similar tests done with my daughter for a different allergy a couple of years ago but at a private London hospital and I have to say the experience we had today was far superior. The children were kept entertained (including a visit from the play coordinator, then a balloon modeller turned up and made models for all the children), parents were offered drinks as we couldn't leave the children, and staff were attentive and cheerful throughout. We have to come back for more tests in a few weeks, and my daughter is actually looking forward to returning. Thank you.
