Ive been a patient here all my life and have now decided to leave and find a different surgery.
When you can finally get someone to answer the phone you are hardly ever able to book an appointment to suit. I saw a doctor who asked me to revisit them in a few weeks. How is this possible when you cant book in advance and you have to take the daily 8am gamble to secure an appointment
The GPs have always been very good. The appointment system and level of empathy from the bots on reception is very poor indeed
