What an awful experience I had during a breast screening appointment today at Bolton one on 06/11/17. The staff member doing the screening was just awful. They pushed my shoulder which I told them I had not long since had surgery on. The staff member pushed my legs inwards from behind me with what felt like their knee. When i told them I was in pain they totally ignored me. I would not return here again for a breast screening with this terrible staff member, who definitely needs educating on patient care and manners. If you want to be treated like a piece of meat with no dignity whatsoever, then stay well away from Bolton One.
Disgraceful experience.
