Just wanted to take this opportunity to thank all the staff in the Day Surgery Department of Wishaw General Hospital, from the receptionist on booking in to every member of staff I met thereafter.
I went in for a small operation and although I've had several in the past, I still find this a very daunting and scary experience. Every member of staff I met was friendly, courteous, professional and really made me feel "looked after".
I have to say a special mention to Amy, Christine and the very kind lady in theatre who let me squeeze her hand.
Excellent service from all members of staff involved. Thank you so much for looking after me.
