I want to give some positive feedback regarding this GP practice here in St Austell.
Whilst I've not been seriously ill - just things that a 74years old has (bits wearing out etc), the service I've had recently has been excellent. I've been called back at home and had referrals dealt with in a most professional and timely manner.
They've (the GPs) have had a lot of criticism here in the press, but on the whole I feel we're being dealt with really well - even and notwithstanding the pressures the doctors are under.
My nominated doctor has been 'specially helpful over the last couple of weeks.
Maybe you can see that they have some praise for a change!
