My experience of a consultant at The Metabolic Unit was dreadful. The doctor was incredibly rude, cold, dismissive. I was told they could not help me and then after the appointment the consultant proceeded to contact my doctor and give advice that has been detrimental to my health despite their openly stating they knew nothing about my condition. On going complaints have been ignored, appointments cancelled without reason and all the while my health deteriorates. I wish I'd never attended.
