"Ear check up"

I came into ent department for my ear check up 4weeks ago in Oct.
The doctor did a full check up and said everything was ok.
And then the doctor asked about the implant so they said I will be writing to the go for a referal to royal London or grays in . But it's been 4weeks now and am still waiting for their letter.
