About: Arrowe Park Hospital / General medicine

(as a service user),

Have been ringing the dept for two weeks now during 12 till 2pm period as advised on dept phone line; no answer. Need results for Urology Clinic, it was as bad six months ago.

Cannot go to my Surgery or Walk in Centre as no longer allowed apparently. Am now resolved to cancel all future Urology appointments if I can't get a test to present.
