About: St Mary's Hospital (Newport)

I was on holiday , I had a very bad panic attack,I rang 111 and was advised too go to the hospital in Newport,When I got to the hospital,I felling very unwell,I was treated very well by all the staff, we had on our coach holiday a lady Janet Speed, who had a heart attack,I started cpr until the ambulance arrived,they took her to the hospital,I followed with her friend in another ambulance,sadly she passed away,we were at the hospital , from approx 8 oclock until 1-30am,we had the best treatment any hospital could have given.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post this positive feedback on our services, which I am sorry you had the need to use whilst you were on your holiday.

I was saddened to read that you lost your friend whilst on holiday, and I would like to express sincere condolences on the loss of your friend' my thoughts are with you and her family.

I am glad that at such a difficult time, you received the best treatment possible, as this is the standard of care the Trust strives for.
