I am really sorry you have had this experience. I agree that it is very difficult to ask for help. Please can we try again and explore what we can do? and allow us to review your care experience?

One more try? Anne in our team, has a good listening ear?

We can see if what our team suggested was ok, or not ok and at the very least if it isn't a service we offer and it is really not our team, we may have someone or something else we could offer?

Please try and call a person who is someone you can talk to? or go to your GP?

You are not alone. We can work this through?
