This year I have been to RJAH hospital near Oswestry eight or nine times for various appointments.

Often at least one, sometimes more, of the car park ticket machines are out of order, today the one where I parked was again not working.

It is infuriating to have to walk around to find ways to spend your £2 for the privilege of parking at the hospital, especially as often we arrive at the right time for an appointment and then waste a further 5 mintues.

This is an irritation patients can do without and it does not show RJAH hosital in a good light. It's minor but annoying, as are the charges.

The Estates department are currently exploring options for improving car parking at the Trust which will include the Pay & Display machines and improving their reliability.
