I was told to arrive at 7am,although I overheard nursing staff questioning why I was told to come in so early as I wasn't to be seen until the afternoon. when the nurse came to see me, she was very polite about the situation.
after the operation, I was left dried blood all under my chin, in my ear and around my neck which made me feel rather uncared for.
whiles I was waiting to leave my mum asked one of the nurses how long I would be waiting for and she explained we had had to wait for my medication to arrive and my 4pm observation. at about 4:30pm, no one had been to see me and we heard a member of staff asking if anyone had done the 4o'clock observation to which no one replied. it wasn't until about 4:50pm that someone came to me for my last observation and to tell me I could leave and my medication had already been sent waiting. it was quite frustrating to have waited all afternoon with no one explaining much
"frustrated at having to wait all afternoon"
