About: Phoenix Futures / Barnsley drug and alcohol services

(as a service user),

I was very scared of having to face my addiction and what I would do without my daily drugs, I had heard all the horror stories like, " you will rattle, be in pain and will not be able to move" etc etc.

I accessed the service and they explained that I didn't have to be afraid and that they would help me through it. Now I know the horror stories are false and it was just people trying to keep me taking the stuff.

Thank you all for helping me, without Phoenix I would of never got through it.
