I wanted to thank the staff at the Homerton Blood Clinic. I have a big fear of needles and they approached my blood tests this morning with a very human, caring service. Plus everything ran very efficiently - low waiting times etc. It not only made this experience less distressing but increases my confidence about handling blood tests more calmly next time.
