Have been told to ring when ever appointments are needed to be booked. After many many many attempts to contact Dudley Guest outpatients, still no one will answer the phone. If we need to contact them we have to drive there for information or book or check results. It’s a pain in the........

Thank you for leaving feedback regarding our Outpatients telephone line at the Guest.

Unfortunately, essential building works on the site have prevented all phone lines from being operational.

Should you need to contact this service for the interim, please use the following extensions when prompted after dialling the main Trust telephone number of 01384 456111;

Main reception: 5202

Nurse prep: 5987

Alternatively, you can contact the main outpatient departments extension of 4547 (based at Russells Hall Hospital) who will be able to assist you.
