(as the patient),

I came into treatment for the second time after attending Ashley House over 4 years ago. I have been suffering with Alcohol addiction and finally realised that I could not combat the illness alone. I joined TTP ( Trust the Procedure) and a I am currently undergoing a 12 week treatment program and i attend therapeutic sessions at Vida at Ashley house 3 times a week. These sessions help me to relax and sleep better and I also have the time to discuss any issues or problems with the girls at Vida who are very helpful and understanding. To me, Vida is the best part of being in treatment at Ashley house
