"Delayed MRI results"

About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital Western General Hospital (Edinburgh)

(as the patient),

In September, I attended the Golden Jubilee hospital in Clydebank for an MRI scan.

I was told, by them, I would receive my results within 1-2 weeks.

As this never happened, I contacted Golden Jubilee. Twice!

1st call they advised me results get e-mailed to the Western General hospital, Edinburgh, then sent to my GP! However, at that time this had not been done, as they were only dealt with twice a week!

2nd call they advised me they had been e-mailed to Western General in early october.

To date, after numerous calls to my GP surgery, they have still not been received!

Please advise what I should do now?
