About: North Devon District Hospital / Accident and emergency

Superb care and consideration by all staff in A and E, even down to taking us and showing xrays on computer to explain depth of injuries and problems. Nothing was too much trouble and were made to feel we mattered even though were busy.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am pleased to read that you were well looked after by staff in the Emergency Department (ED) at the North Devon District Hospital (NDDH).

It is reassuring to know you received excellent care and that your X-rays were shown to you and the results explained for you to understand the depth of your injuries and associated problems. I hope that you are now recovering and feeling better.

I have forwarded on your kind comments about your recent experience to the Manager of the Emergency Department where they will be gratefully appreciated and shared with the staff involved in your care.
