"Superb A&E"

About: Friarage Hospital Site / Accident and emergency

Whilst we expected A&E not to be too busy early Sunday morning we were delighted to be seen immediately. As visitors in the area the nurse found our historical details from 1980's and in no time had completed all admin and took me through to be reviewed, firstly by themselves and then within 5 minutes by a doctor. Brilliant, professional service and even offered a cup of tea which was just perfect. Left 40 minutes later with drugs I needed and all the advice and reassurance to go with it. This is the standard all hospitals should work towards and also speaks volumes for keeping open local hospitals. Many many thanks
