"Xray walk in clinic"

My husband went to the Xray dept this afternoon after having pains in his knees referred by the GP only to be told by the receptionist that there was over an hour wait so your better off coming back another day, my husband explained he had just paid £1.50 to park so surely that would be ok, and was told we close at 4 so no point come back another day.

Having taken time off work to visit GP and then to go to the hospital after, now he has to book more time off work again to revisit the hospital for the X Ray again which will then delay results coming back and finding out a course of action to be taken.

Shocking service.
