I was referred by my GP to the Clinical Assessment Service for Dermatology, I tried on three different days periodically throughout the day and was always on hold for 10-15 Minutes. No one answered. I made about 30 calls in total. The ONLY way I have found to get in contact is making a complaint through PALS then the service will call you back.
