"They didn't care for us or make us feel..."

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

What I liked

The reception staff on the clinic desk

What could be improved

We were treated as "numbers" not "people". No empathy for the effects of his condition, no discussion about how he was getting on with treatment. No explanation why another 3 people were in there - two were students so we could work that out but why the registrar as well? No option to not have them there. No attempt to acknowledge us both, it felt like a scripted briefing rather than a discussion. No attempt to understand our concerns

Sorry - not impressed
