About: Worthing Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

Got asked to take a seatrip.

1 hour later I asked why taking so long as everyone else has been seen on time.

I got told oh I didn't ask for notes.to.be sent down from another department . So the reseprionist is I the wrong to.start with then as I was speaking the staff cut me off and ask me to sit .they was no interested in what I had to say .... just take a seat please .staff should be held accountable instead of chatting about what they are doing over the week end .
