Just want to thank the staff at BPAS Basingstoke for helping me feel at ease during a difficult time. Attended on 1/11/17 and the staff were sensitive and kind. Everything was explained fully and with care ensuring I was happy and consenting. The appointment was swift and apart from a wait for medication (this is a normal thing from what I was told) I can't fault them. Prior to my appointment I was really anxious but by the time I had seen the nurse (who was absolutely fantastic) I felt much more comfortable. Thanks again to a great team that provide an excellent service.
