"I'm still waiting for an appointment"

(as the patient),

It seems to me that DART is a waste of money. i phoned them, they phone me to tell me that what my GP has asked for is not possible then phone me to say they have got it wrong. then tell me they will ring the hospital to make the appointment and in the same breath the hospital will ring me today with the appointment. I'm still waiting.
