"Out patient Clinic at Lister Hospital"

I have attended the Out Patient Clinic for more than 3years now at Lister hospital in Stevenage. I have always found the consultant excellent, which I am very grateful for but the succession of the Junior Doctors was very poor.

The junior doctors I have seen failed to listen to my symptoms, seem to always have to seek consultants advice after every consultation, never explained what they were preparing to do or prescribe or the procedure they would be using.

As a result,I believe that blood tests which should have picked up failing health problem could not be diagnosed because the doctors I saw did not listen and the register had not remained consistent enough to have continuity of care to recognize changes in their patient's health. I don't use the consultant so I don't build rapport or relationship with my health care professional. After my experience I don't trust the Junior Doctors
