"This hospital and staff are wonderful!"

I had to attend this hospital after falling and badly spraining my ankle. My initial welcome and form filling exercise took a very short while and after just a 5 minute wait I was taken through for an assessment and X-ray.

The 3 members of staff who dealt with my problem were all excellent in terms of knowledge, expertise and communication. I was treated as an individual and asked about my thoughts, as well as having everything explained to me.

It took less than an hour to deal with my assessment and treatment and in that time I was offered a cup of tea or glass of water. I didn’t even have time to read the book I had brought to pass the time.

What a great hospital and staff! We are very lucky to have such a good facility in our area.
