After 20 years of stimulant addiction I really wanted to do something about it,I came to Ashley House for help and I have received a lot of support from key workers.
It has been a bit of a bumpy ride, but now I am running a peer to peer support group which creates a safe environment for service users to talk about their experiences and gain from the experience of others.
Being able to be involved in things like this has been instrumental in my recovery and given purpose to my life.
