"Brilliant service at Jessops"

My experience at Jessops was brilliant and completely contrary to any of the negative comments I have heard.

Throughout my antenatal care I was treated professionally and promptly, never having met with any undue delay. The sonographers were very friendly and took the time to show me and my husband different views of my baby.

When my waters broke, there was a little delay waiting for triage but nothing I would call excessive as I could see they were busy. When I later returned to be induced, again everything was great. I had my own midwife through the whole thing and she was fabulously supportive. I was even allowed to move to a room with twinkly lighting when the fluorescent overhead lights became too much in the original room.

Things are all of a blur when I look back (the morphine will have had something to do with that!) but I can honestly say there wasn't a single thing I could have complained about.
