I recently underwent a tonsillectomy with the ENT team at the Day Surgery Unit of Warwick hospital and was very impressed with the efficiency of the whole system, and particularly by the kindness and professionalism of the staff there and in the 23 Hour Ward.
They are a credit to the NHS and I was treated very well throughout my stay in hospital. I can't thank them enough.
