Recently visited for my 12 week scan and was greeted by the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered who tutted, rolled their eyes and huffed and puffed (because I didn't have my own pen).
We received bad news at our scan and I was visibly distressed with booking next appointment the receptionist snatched the paper from me looked at me clearly quite distressed and rolled their eyes mumbled a date and handed me a piece of paper.
It's such a shame your doctors are so professional and do an amazing job but your admin staff are a shambles
