"Waiting for painkillers"

About: Royal Manchester Children's Hospital

(as the patient),

I was transferred to Royal Manchester Children's Hospital from Salford and we thought we were going straight to a ward but we ended up in the A+E for assessment. I waited two hours to get painkillers and it was a nightmare. I feel like I was treated as though I was being awkward but I was in a lot of pain (a 10cm tear in my leg muscle).

Thank you for your comments.

I'm really sorry that you had a difficult experience at the hospital - I will be feeding your comments back to A+E about this and will post again when I have a further reponse for you.
