"Parking problems at Heartlands"

Yesterday I was at the hospital to get results from a biopsy. It took me 3/4 hour to park. This was because barriers were up in the park and people were getting shunted into dead ends, then having to reverse out with a line of other cars. It was mayhem. There were no attendants to help and everyone was getting upset.

I complained at the arrivals desk, they said yes, they knew, nothing to be done. I complained to the nurses who said it was worse for them because they had to pay a lot for this terrible service. The doctor agreed. Apparently the service is run by a private company. In this case I think somebody needs to explain that this service DESPERATELY needs improvement, for everyone's sake. Since I don't believe this is not the first complaint, how about making it the last?
