What I liked
Took my 90-yr-old mother for X-ray: parking is easy, plenty of wheelchairs (and motorised scooters), staff helpful and friendly, everything is bright, clean and cheerful. My mother had been dreading the upheaval but found it a very positive experience. No-one talked down to her. Really impressed with hygiene.
