"Short and Sweet visit"

I visited the surgery today for a flu vaccine. I had previously been sent a letter and a small calendar with the dates available to me.

It was very organised in the HC, and there were enough nurses on duty so I didn't have to wait very long. There was also someone directing patients to each side of the surgery.

I am very impressed that they send out letters, and I have also had a letter about having a shingles vaccine.

I give my surgery 10/10, and am very grateful.
